JAIL PROGRAMS

C.H.O.I.C.E.S.: The program is a Life Skills Educational Program. The program goals encourage participant to think about their life challenges, build awareness and motivate them to do something different. In sending a message of empowerment the hope is that participants will see that they are capable of improving their lives and become productive citizens in families, the community and society.

The purpose of the program is to continue to help you begin to make good choices by changing your everyday habits and thinking. The program goals are to bring understanding, to allow choices to be made, and to explore new horizons

REFORMERS UNANIMOUS: 12 step program for male inmates (how to get back into society)
CHURCH: Services on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday
CELEBTRATE RECOVERY: 12 step program for female inmates (how to get back into society)

LEGAL SERVICES: LEGAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATION (LRA)
The Law Library is available to all inmates. They can log into the kiosk using their ID# and request any legal information they require. The request will be received by (LRA) who will then provide a response and mail to inmate within 3-5 business days.

KIMBLE’S COMMISSARY: Inmate money is placed in an account for inmates’ access to purchase items from commissary. Inmates will receive a check of their balance upon release from NCSO.

PHONE ACCESS: allowed to use phone to contact family

VISITATION
The inmate has to be booked 72 hours prior to visitation set up.

INMATE WORKER: On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
INMATE WORK DETAIL: assigned based on sentence and criminal history
NOTARY: available to inmates only on Fridays

ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE MAILED

Approved Inmate Items

  • Books & Newspapers need to be mailed by the subcriber or bookseller (No-Hardcover)
  • Glasses to be plastic only; no metal

SHOES: WHITE, BLACK SLIP ONS, VELCRO (NEW)
